We at SpotboyE.com broke the news FIRST, this morning, of singer Kanika Kapoor being tested positive of COVID-19. Returning from London over the weekend, she headed to her home in Lucknow, where she complained about sore throat and flu, followed by being tested positive. Her brother confirmed the news to us.

Also just a couple of hours ago the singer was seen getting into an ambulance in order to head a hospital for further treatment. The video also had family members putting all her belongings into the ambulance which she might require while being quarantine.

But far from this, reports of she partying around when she should have been under self-isolation has been doing the rounds. People are bashing her for being irresponsible as the singer was seen partying with over 100 people which included BJP leader Vasundhara Raje, instead of being isolated, also exposing several others to threat. Hence people are now venting out their anger on the social networking site for her irresponsible behaviour. However, when we had asked her brother about the same, he had simply refused it. He said, “All these are rumours to malign her image. Who throws a party at this time? Please put an end to this rumour.”

Her Instagram post read, “Hello everyone, For the past 4 days I have had signs of flu, I got myself tested and it came positive for COVID-19. My family and I are in complete quarantine now and following medical advice on how to move forward. Contact mapping of people I have been in touch with is underway as well.
